No. You use your
standard internet connection dialer (to dial a local number) and your
browser can go directly to your home page, as you defined it.
For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, you can define your

Options" – "Home Page".

No. You setup your PC's internet
dialer to call the local telephone number exaCom provides you with.
We can provide detailed instructions to you by E-mail, by Fax or by
phone.

With Basic, Advanced, E-commerce and MultiMega packages you get FREE
POP3 E-mail address.
Each additional Email is 60¢.

ARE FP (FRONTPAGE) EXTENSIONS?
If you are using Microsoft FrontPage, then you can minimize
your web-maintenance costs by using FP Extensions on the Server.
These allow your PC's FrontPage application to communicate with
the server. You can
publish a whole multi-page site by pushing a single button.
Very useful! And FREE.
Ask for loading FrontPage extensions when opening a web hosting
account.

LONG DO HOSTING PACKAGES TAKE TO INSTALL?
It can take up to 24 hours after
the hosting package is setup or after the domain has been transferred
for the website to be viewable on the internet.

WHAT
IS THE IP ADDRESS OF THE HOSTING PACKAGE?
We use virtualhost directives in setting up hosting packages.
All hosting packages share the IP of '216.127.146.15' at this time. This
IP is not independent to any hosting package, it is only the IP of the
server.

WHY
CAN'T I SEND MAIL THROUGH smtp.mydomain.com?
Our servers only support outgoing mail for customers that are
dialed into our network. If you have a hosting package, but not dial-up,
you will want to send mail through your dial-up providers SMTP server.

IS
THERE A SETUP FEE FOR THE DIAL-UP AND WEB HOSTING SERVICES?
There is no setup fee neither for dial-up nor for web
hosting. There is however a
setup fee of US$15.99 if you require a Static IP address.

We have very low overhead and do not accept credit cards, to
avoid "hidden" costs to our customers.
When we can provide a service that is worthwhile to our
