Maybe someone here can help. I have tried everything else. My 14 year old son is in a Foster Home. For years I have been attempting to get him home...

3 years ago I moved from Alberta to Ontario. Last year I returned to Alberta to attempt to get custody. I received, as usual, the run around. I called as high up as I could.

Eventually Alberta told me to return to Ontario to have an assessment done here on my family, which I did.... It's been a year.

The lawyers here tell me I have to move back to Alberta; the lawyers there tell me I have to go to Ontario and fight.... He was removed from my home as they felt he needed protection from  me.

Here is the kicker: he was 6. My youngest was 3. Wouldn't you think if that was the case that all my children should have been removed.... One minute he was suicidal, the next homicidal, the next a manipulator. He was put on one drug after another, placed in different group homes for his safety, then foster homes, and now resides in a foster home with a SINGLE FOSTER FATHER who has two other foster boys and is never there for them....

When he was removed, no family member was contacted to see if he could live with someone. He was put into foster care immediately....

He is on a visit with me now and doesn't want to go back, and Alberta has threatened if I obtain a lawyer and attempt to fight for custody I will never see my son again. and if I do not send him back I will be charged....

The lawyer here tells me I will have to go back to Alberta and fight.... Maybe someone out there can tell me something short of taking this to the media. I am lost as to what to do. We all just want to be a family again....

I cannot just uproot my family here as my oldest is graduating next year; I have a job by leaving I would be right back were I was three  years ago.... on welfare struggling.
